Safety & Compliance

Workforce readiness that supports peace of mind.

ATS approaches every assignment with clear expectations, relevant screening and a commitment to professional jobsite conduct.

Our Approach

Safety begins before the first day onsite.

A safer assignment starts with accurate job information, aligned experience, verified documentation and clear communication about the project environment.

Role & Site Review

We clarify responsibilities, site conditions, schedule, tools, PPE and client-specific requirements before matching the assignment.

Experience Screening

Relevant work history, project experience, references and electrical capabilities are reviewed based on the role.

Credential Documentation

Required licenses, OSHA cards, certifications or client-specific documents can be collected and reviewed as applicable.

First-Day Readiness

Reporting details, contact information, arrival expectations and known site requirements are communicated before start.

Contractor Alignment

Clear standards protect the project and the people.

ATS works with contractors to understand the standards that matter on each assignment. Requirements may vary by client, jurisdiction, facility and scope.

  • Site orientation and reporting procedures.
  • PPE, tools, equipment and access requirements.
  • Drug screening or background checks when required and legally permitted.
  • Licenses, certifications and role-specific credentials.
  • Incident reporting and communication expectations.

Safety. Compliance. Accountability.

ATS supports a culture where requirements are understood, concerns are communicated and electrical professionals are expected to protect the jobsite, the client and their own reputation.

Important Note

Project requirements should be confirmed in writing.

Screening and compliance requirements vary. Contractors should provide complete, current requirements for each assignment, and ATS will communicate what can be supported.

Does ATS provide OSHA-certified workers?

ATS can identify workers who report holding OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or other credentials when requested. Credential requirements and verification steps should be included in the workforce request.

Can ATS support client-specific screening?

Requirements such as drug screening, background checks, site badging or additional documentation can be discussed during intake, subject to applicable law, timing and availability.

Who is responsible for jobsite supervision?

The contractor or client remains responsible for project supervision, site-specific safety programs, daily direction and compliance with applicable workplace requirements unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Can the screening process be customized?

Yes. ATS can align the intake and documentation process to clearly defined role and project requirements where practical and legally permitted.
